2. Onboarding
The day you execute the contract, your assigned Team Leader will arrive at your office and perform the following:
- Formal introductions to your staff, providing contact information and instructions on how to request support.
- Perform a network discovery and document your IT infrastructure.
- Install antivirus and remote access tools.
