We want the experience of transitioning your IT department to iTecs to be as easy and seamless as possible. Here is an outline of what to expect when going through the simple steps of engaging us as your offsite IT department.

1. Choose your contract length

We provide the IT Outsourcing Managed Services Program in three different terms.

2-year agreement
Receive a 5% discount on your monthly fee plus additional savings on other services outside the scope of this agreement.

1-year agreement
Receive a discount on other services not included in the ITOMSP.

6-month agreement
These short-term agreements provide no discounts.

2. Onboarding

The day you execute the contract, your assigned Team Leader will arrive at your office and perform the following:

  1. Formal introductions to your staff, providing contact information and instructions on how to request support.
  2. Perform a network discovery and document your IT infrastructure.
  3. Install antivirus and remote access tools.

On the back-end we also create your account and access to the following portals:

  • Ticketing System
  • Remote Monitoring and Management
